How long does it take to make a personalized bracelet?
Each bracelet is handmade to order, with care and attention.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production before shipping.

How can I measure my wrist size?
Simply wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist, without pulling too tight.
Then select the matching size from the options available on the product page.

What if I don’t know which stone to choose?
No worries! You can browse our [natural stone guide] to get inspired.
Still unsure? You’re welcome to message me — I’ll be happy to recommend a stone based on your needs 

Can I include a message if it’s a gift?
At the moment, personalized notes are not included in parcels.
But rest assured: every piece is wrapped with care and intention — as if it were a precious gift

– Ready-to-ship jewelry is dispatched within 48 hours.
– Custom-made creations require 1 to 2 weeks for production.
– Free delivery within mainland France.
– €5 shipping to the EU and UK (estimated 4 to 7 business days).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to France, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
For any other destination, feel free to contact me directly.

Can I return a piece of jewelry?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Returned items must be:
– unworn, unused
– in their original packaging
– and non-personalized

📌 Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless otherwise agreed).
📌 Custom-made items are non-refundable, as per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
📦 Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (or via bank transfer) within 5 to 10 business days.

Are your stones natural?

Yes, always.
All stones are 100% natural, untreated, and never reconstituted. Each one is hand-selected for its beauty and gentle energy.
