2. Processing & Delivery Times

Mainland France
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
They are shipped via Colissimo, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days.

French Overseas Territories
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 22 business days

International (Delivengo)

European Union & UK: 3 to 6 business days
Switzerland: 3 to 6 business days
Other non-EU destinations: 7 to 13 business days

3. Shipping Fees

Mainland France: Free shipping
French Overseas Territories: €9
International:
- EU & UK: €5
- Switzerland: €6.90
- Rest of the world: €7.90

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your parcel via the carrier’s website.
