Article 1 – General Principles

These Terms and Conditions represent the full agreement between the parties.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms without reservation.

Article 2 – Scope

These Terms define the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer in the context of online sales via the Vatou Soa website.

Article 3 – Pre-contractual Information

Before ordering, the customer receives all legally required information (product details, total price incl. VAT, shipping details, seller's contact info).

Article 4 – Ordering

Orders can be placed directly via the online catalog. Validation implies acceptance of these terms, selection of a delivery method, and full payment.

Article 5 – Electronic Signature

Order validation constitutes an electronic signature and binding contract between the customer and the seller.

Article 6 – Order Confirmation

A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer after payment.

Article 7 – Proof of Transaction

Digital records stored on the website are considered proof of the transaction, unless proven otherwise.

Article 8 – Product Information

Products are described with care. Images are for illustration purposes only. In the event of a clear error, the seller cannot be held liable.

Article 9 – Prices

All prices are in euros, including taxes. Prices may change, but those displayed at the time of order will apply.

Article 10 – Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering, via the available payment methods.
The seller reserves the right to suspend an order in the event of a payment issue.

Article 11 – Availability & Delivery

In-stock creations are shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
Returns are at the customer’s expense, and items must be returned intact.

Article 12 – Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Earrings or worn items (for hygiene reasons)

Article 13 – Legal Warranties

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and against hidden defects.

Article 14 – Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for non-performance due to force majeure events that make fulfillment impossible.

Article 15 – Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, creations) is protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Article 16 – Personal Data

Data is used solely to process orders.
