Vatou Soa is a sole proprietorship based in France, specializing in handcrafted jewelry made with natural gemstones.
Each piece is handmade in small batches or as a unique creation.

2. Products

Our jewelry is carefully described on each product page.
Photos aim to be as faithful as possible, but slight variations in color or shape may occur due to the natural characteristics of the stones.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT.
Vatou Soa reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price applied will be the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Payment

Payments are 100% secure via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or credit card.
Orders are confirmed once the payment is validated.

5. Shipping

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Custom creations require 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping is available in France and internationally, with tracking provided.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Personalized items and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Any reproduction, full or partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution first.
If no agreement is reached, the competent court will be that of the consumer’s place of residence in France.
