Only unworn, non-personalized items in perfect condition can be returned.
Custom-made pieces (such as personalized bracelets) are non-refundable, except in the case of a confirmed defect.
To request a return, please contact me via the contact form or by email, specifying your order number.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
Once the item is received and checked, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (or by bank transfer, depending on the case) within 5 to 10 business days.
About earrings:
For hygiene reasons, returns are not automatically accepted.
